Wedge Wire Basket Sieve Basket
Centrifuge baskets are used in mineral and aggregate industries for dewatering applications and are designed to withstand the high vibrating and rotational stresses of centrifugal dryer systems. Each basket is dynamically balanced to a very high standard to prevent secondary vibration inducing premature fatigue failure. The wedge wire screening surface is manufactured from high grade austenitic stainless steel whilst the supporting frame and flanges are of carbon steel construction.
We can also offer special basket designs including a modular basket whereby segmented wedge wire liners are replaced when worn out whilst the supporting cage remains intact and is utilized over many shut downs.
